About Guiding Star Nursery & Primary School

Guiding Star Nursery and Primary School is a private mixed day and boarding school located in Kazo Lugoba, Kawempe Division, Kampala District. Established in February 1994, the school provides a safe and supportive learning environment that delivers holistic education to children from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds.

With permanent structures and strong infrastructure, the school is committed to delivering holistic education that nurtures learners academically, spiritually, physically, and morally. Admission is granted after successful completion of assessment tests.

The Nursery Section follows the Early Childhood Development Learning Framework developed by the National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC), while the Primary Section implements the Uganda National Curriculum. Our teaching approach emphasizes literacy, numeracy, science, discipline, and strong moral values.
